  I wanted to try this one since my normal was closed and this was close to my house. We came and were told to wait 15 mins which was cool because it was only two people working. Walked down the aisle got food and waited, we came back and had to wait some more so we walked around and came back. When we came back we were seen. The pedicures were nice to a certain extent, the young lady forgot the hot towel on one of my husband’s legs. The guy was doing well on my feet but the young lady bumped the light while on my foot and I was told it was ok. Only for me to see how it messed up but wasn’t corrected. A young lady walks in and he just walks off to help the other young lady, didn’t help put my shoes on or anything. For $145 I expected better service and as I’m leaving you say see me next time no ma’am and no sir. You would’ve had a faithful client biweekly as I’m getting tired of driving far on my off day! Response to the owner's reply: I was the one who said no, ma'am, and no, sir. If you focused more on customer service rather than disputing my experience and opinion regarding your services, you would grasp what I was conveying. I did inquire about appointments and walk-ins and was informed that it was acceptable to come in. Moving forward, I received both towels, but my husband did not. We were told there would be a 15-20 minute wait; please check your cameras. So, I agreed and walked the strip to get food before returning, at which point you were still attending to the two ladies. We stood just outside the door where my car was parked and waited patiently until they both left before coming back inside. Clearly, we were making an effort to give it a chance. Even in the photos, you can see the paint issues that I pointed out at that moment. I still paid and tipped despite the service being flawed. I showed respect by addressing you as ma'am and sir when ask if we would returned. It’s even crazy that I was left in the chair and not even helped to put my shoes on, you left to work on another customers nails. The lady was nice enough to apologize but you sir need to do better. God bless your heart, sweetie! I’m done going back and forth and I will never step foot in your establishment again.

  About 4 yrs ago my nail lady(of 15 yrs) retired. I spent 12 months trying new salons and different techs, all around the metro-plex....Then, my(very picky) teenage daughter suggested A+ nails! My daughter had went in there to get to get waxed while waiting for our pup to finish getting groomed next door. She couldn't wait to get home and show me how good her eyebrows looked 😍 when she told me that they're located right next to Tom Thumb, I couldn't believe that I'd never seen it or been there before. A+nails is one of Rowletts Best kept secrets! Been a regular for 3 years now!

  Steven and Tracy treat their customers like family and do beautiful, custom work. I have been coming to them for years, even when I lived out of state and was in town for visits. Their dip manicures last for more than a month and look good the whole time - no chipping or breaking as your nails grow. Service pricing is very fair, and they work at a good pace so you are in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I always call to schedule an appointment because they have regular customers and can get booked up. Once you meet them and experience their beautiful work and superior customer service, you will never go to another salon.

  went to get my nails done and had a great experience! They were very kind and made sure the nail shape was exactly what I wanted. Their work was fast, beautiful, and I absolutely loved it. The service was just perfect! 💅✨

  Such a great nail salon! The service was amazing, and they really take their time to make sure everything is perfect. It’s a hidden gem and not very well known yet, but I definitely recommend it. The staff is so caring and attentive
