What we collect

SpaSpot is a static website. It does not have user accounts, does not set tracking cookies and does not store search queries on a server. Standard web server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type) may be retained for security for up to 30 days.

Location

The distance filter asks your browser for your location only when you choose a distance. The coordinates are used in your browser to sort results and are never sent to us.

Third parties

Pages embed maps from OpenStreetMap and fonts from Google Fonts. Those providers receive your IP address when the assets load. Links to Google Maps open Google's services under Google's privacy policy.

Business data

Business names, addresses and reviews are public information from Google Business Profiles. Owners can request corrections or removal on the claim a listing page.
