  My pedicure was alright. It was quick, not much attention, nothing too terrible. It looks like a had a good polish day, not like I got them done at a salon. It’s missing the shine and thick coat you’d come to expect from a real pedicure. And I got a leg waxing. As soon as I saw the wax rollers, I told the woman that those don’t work well on my legs; I have thick hair and roots, and it’s not hot or strong enough. She was stubborn and told me the other one is too much work and insisted on trying it and showing me how much hair came off. I wasn’t impressed because I knew that with however much hair came off, there was still a lot more left. And I was right. You can see in the photos, just a sampling of hair that’s on my legs 2 days post waxing.

  From start to finish, my experience at A Plus Nails & Beauty exceeded my expectations. The salon is clean, tidy, and relaxing. My nail tech, Flora, was friendly and accommodating. When I was uncertain regarding what color to choose, she took time to sample a few on my nails. Not once during my appointment did I feel rushed or like a burden. Flora did an excellent job, taking time to correct my wonky nail shape from a different salon. I can tell that this salon has a commitment to customer service that sets it apart from its competitors. I could not be happier and will absolutely be returning! :)

  1st time here I had Gigi as my nail tech she was polite and did a good job on my pedicure however when it came to my manicure at first it was fine but it started to chip off and had it fixed before leaving the salon then I got home and right away started chipping even more to which I then called and they told me to come in for a fix up. When I got there I had someone else as my tech which I recognized bc she was working on someone next to Gigi and I, I noticed she was rude the first time I came, of course she was also rude to me during my fix up today, I had spoken w someone on the phone and agreed to take the color off and put a new one which they told me it was totally okay when I told the rude lady (didn’t get her name) that I wanted a new color instead she denied it and started laughing I told her again I didn’t want her to work over the bad work I just wanted a new color I would pay extra once again she continued to work over the old work and laugh. I will be coming back only if I get Gigi as my tech. I was very happy the first time w the friendly service, but second time was disappointing, not to mention the rude lady only took 5 minutes on my nails and didn’t care if it come out sloppy again, felt like they just wanted to get rid of me, all I got was laughs and I could tell she was making smart remarks. I had no problem paying extra for a color change. Again, good prices and friendly staff (the first time) but second time made me not want to come back.

  It was an ok experience. Nothing extraordinary. I did a pedicure and it was very quick.

  Came in today for the first time for a full set and pedicure and had such a great experience. Very friendly, accommodating, efficient and clean. My nails came out beautiful! I will definitely be returning and highly recommend coming here.
