  This place definitely was on my map as I love SPA 😁 on top of this is 5star hotel and I had like 15 minute by car from home. Went twice there outside of the season hence the external pools have been still closed but what was inside as a pool and spa place was enough for me. Room - had two different just right size, I expected bigger but it is personal preference. No bottle water in the room. Coffee and tea choice very simple. Good size comfy bed. Great terrace/balcony with a pool view. As we went outside of the season in overall was quiet. Food - breakfast great, variety of items for both meat or vegan eaters. The same menu for lunch and dinner - very formal to some extend and had problem sometimes what really to pick up. Fresh juice as mix of fruits and vegetables - great idea but for me the amount of juice you are receiving the price is really high. You have feeling like someone already drunk half of it before you received SPA - great place to relax - swimming, massage, treatment. I had facial treatment only. Unfortunately lack of leaflets in English language was big disadvantage. I like to sit in the room read about and pick up rather than disturbing staff to translate for me . Second time when we arrived we waited quite a long as there was nobody at reception. In 5star hotel this should not happen Area - no much to do or walk unless you are using this hotel as stop to see Plovdiv.

  Perfect place for relax. Hot water , great salt sauna and steam room

  We use the swimming pool. My daughter is happy there.She likes the trainers and during the week is not crowded.

  It appears to be a nice hotel and spa, but in reality, there are many things that need updating. The road leading to it is a disaster; it's unpaved and full of potholes. The parking lot isn't big enough to accommodate all the guests' cars. The interior is nice, but still not up to par. Many things in the spa aren't working. The staff is quite cold, and the girl at the pool bar is very rude. The breakfast and dinner buffets are of average to poor quality, although plentiful.
