That was one of the funniest massage experiences I’ve ever had in my life 😂 The main draw to this place is the price. I’ve been to a lot of Asian massage places and this one is truly a Chinese cultural experience… and here’s what I mean by that: (Also before anyone attacks me- I’m not being racist. I’m Chinese myself so I’m quite familiar with the culture) Ok so first of all their goal is to just get you in & out of there as soon as possible. Their pure goal is just to take your money. I got there and felt so rushed by the front desk lady. Incredibly efficient. But not relaxing. So if you’re looking for a gentle, nervous system regulating, relaxing place… this is NOT it. If you’re looking for someone to work on you like they’re tenderizing chicken… this place IS IT! 😂 I’m giving 4 stars because it actually did help with the shoulder pain i was having… and the massage therapist listened to my request and really put her elbow grease in there. She was definitely on a mission. She was just rough. Felt more like a car wash than a massage. But she was determined to get the knot out! So determination 10/10 Empathy 0/10 I find that with a lot of Chinese massage therapists in general, they’re not really tuning into your body… they’re just focused on following the motions and getting the job done. She was not concerned with my comfort at all. In fact as she was “tenderizing” me, she would just carelessly place the massage oil bottle between my legs in a rough manner.. and then when we moved onto cupping she straight up just put the freakin box on my legs! I asked her to get it off me & put the box on the massage table right next to us… I mean, what??? 😂 why would u even do that!? I’m giving it 4 stars cuz again, it wasn’t a bad massage & I don’t believe they mean any harm. In fact they’re incredibly authentic and I find that funny & entertaining. But just don’t expect American manners or anything remotely close to a relaxing spa experience. If you’re looking to be tenderized & slightly amused, this is your place!

The massage was great don't get me wrong but the table was loud and it was loud. I didn't like how when I gave the lady a tip she looked at me like what is this I said for you and told me how much i should tip her. She couldn't speak English but had the guy in front explain to me how much i need to tip. Like really it made me uncomfortable and I definitely don't recommend this place unless you can tip big or want to tip big.

Bummed, but still a good place. I came in with a lot of foot/calf pain after walking miles in really bad shoes. I knew I wanted an hour foot massage, but I wasn’t sure if “foot reflexology” covers calves. So I did their combo - 60 min foot reflexology and “30 min body massage”, just in case it didn’t. I wanted to make sure I could get relief in both! Unfortunately, I think I ended up getting 60 mins body and 30 min foot. I had a nice time and my back feels great, my feet/calves are still in sooo much pain :( This is how it went: At the front, I paid using Apple Pay before the service. I spent $90 on 60 min foot and 30 min body. I was asked if I wanted to soak my feet in hot water, but it’d be in the communal room and not a private room. I said that was fine. So for the experience, I had underwear on and a sheet over me. A kind lady did my massage. The first ~30 mins, I was soaking my feet in hot water. To do that, I had to lay on my back with my knees bent over the edge of the table, which made my back cramp up really bad. The lady was kind and put a pillow under my back to help. While laying there, she worked on my shoulders, shoulder joints, neck, arms, and head. (Yes, head! I think she scratched/massaged my head for a solid 10 mins of the time lol it felt great) After that half hour, I got to pull my legs up (finally!) and lay flat. She dried off my feet and I thought the 30 body massage was over. But it wasn’t! She focused on my thighs next, which felt amazing. The stretches were my favorite! Okay, nooooow body massage is done ✅. I was excited to transition to the foot massage. She left the room for a few mins (totally fine, probably just preparing for the shift to the hour foot massage). When she came back she started on my shins, then ankles, then feet. It was slow and soft and relaxing. It was a lot of knuckle rolling up and down the shin, then over the ankle bones, and then finally the foot. I wanted to ask her to go harder because I was in a lot of pain and wanted pain management more than a relaxing rub - but I figured I had the next hour here, so she was probably warming them up before going too hard - which is smart. I embraced it and it was great; I was completely relaxed and fighting sleep! She did one shin/ankle/foot and then moved on and spent time on the second shin/ankle/foot. But she did not go back to the first foot after that. A customer came in and she left the room again. I assumed it was to help with scheduling, so I didn’t mind. I thought she was going to go back to the feet again, but when she came back, she asked me to flip onto my stomach. Okay… maybe it would put me in a better position to transition from soft foot massage to hard foot massage! Buuut then she started rubbing my back. Okay, maybe it’s a break? Start at the top of the body and move down to the feet again? I didn’t question her, and that’s on me. She gave me an awesome back massage - using her elbow to really press hard. I loved it and it helped with my lower back pain! Once she finished my back, I asked her if she could do that to my feet too, but I don’t think she understood me. And then… it was over. I ended up getting waaaaaaay more time in my body than my feet. So now I’m leaving with feet and calves that are STILL throbbing in pain 😭 I came here BECAUSE they did foot reflexology specifically. Now, I’m contemplating going to another location for (another) foot massage... But that’s so much money. Ultimately, I’m happy with the service, which is why it’s a 4 star review. It was clean and the staff was friendly. They took me as a walk in and I’m glad they’re in business. I’m just really bummed I didn’t get more time on my feet. I imagine it must have been a miscommunication between the scheduler and the masseuse, so I don’t blame her. I still tipped her $20 and thanked her. She gave me water and a candy, and then I left. I’ll still probably come back here sometime soon - but I definitely won’t try doing the combo thing ever again. For me, that was an expensive mistake 😖
