  I have long hair that is untreated and is naturally very curly. They do a beautiful job. It is so silky and lovely when I leave that I get many compliments. They are also very flexible with scheduling, which is essential for me. Their pricing is very reasonable. I am in and out of the salon in about an hour. I just need to really need to brush up on my High School Spanish!☺️

  Burned my hair. I have fine, straight/wavy hair and went in for a wash,cut,dry. The cut itself is actually nice, but the stylist did not use any heat protectant for the blow dry (actually no products at all after the wash). When I got home, my husband commented I smelled like burned hair. I’ve now shampooed 3 times and it still smells burnt. The heat setting on the dryer was way too hot for my hair. Praying that it does not all break off… it was very healthy before. This has never happened to me at any other salon.

  I have been coming to this salon for over 10 years. The service is quick, efficient, and hospitable. She never cuts my hair too much and she is willing to tell me when I need it. She never pressures me to get products I don't need. If someone is combing my hair too hard, she is quick to give them the look! My hair is natural, healthy, and I have not had a relaxer in 15 years. It has grown so long even though I am in my mid50s. Dr. Logan

  If you have natural hair such as tight curls or coils, do not come here. They will up charge you because they do not know how to work with textured hair. I was originally told 55$ but because I had SHORT, CURLY hair; the price became an additional 20$. When I asked for a trim NOT layers, I was under the impression it would 15$ as it says on the board but because the stylist took it upon herself to cut however the price became 20$. The lack of care for my hair was disgusting, I was in shell shock during the entirety of my appointment. There was no discussion on how I wanted my hair styled, the stylist did whatever she wanted and the quickest to get me out of the chair. My hair is so ugly and this was supposed to be for my birthday, and I WILL be getting a refund. This is not what I wanted at all, and they knew they messed up. Although my hair is short it could’ve been styled so much better had the stylist had some actual experience with short natural hair.

  Arelis has magical hands! I was so nervous to get my hair bleached and highlighted for the first time and she eased all my concerns with step by step advice on what she was doing and best practices for caring for my hair afterwards. I LOVED my birthday hair! I can’t wait for my next hair appointment with her.
