  I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel like I have to earn people. My regular nail tech that I get gel manicures from every 2 weeks is on vacation and I broke/chipped a nail so I was in need of a place to get a gel manicure. I made an appointment and then waiting at least 20 minutes after appointment time. Then the male nail text removed my gel with a dremmel so aggressively and unhurried that he burned through my very healthy thick nail beds causing a lot of discomfort and nicked my cuticles over and over. Then the female tech came to do my polish and very roughly filed my nails, tearing them and leaving them terribly shaped and rough. She put such thin coats of polish on that after 3, it was still patchy. I asked for another coat and she refused. By that time I just wanted out of there so badly! Now hours later all of my nails are incredibly sore and tender and I’m concerned they caused actual damage. I’m sorry but I absolutely can’t recommend this place and wish I’d taken the other reviews seriously.

  Tried to gonto a few different salons and tried calling a few. Most dont answer their phone and the one I physically went into said "what do I want" & then said it would "take too long" for just a toe nail polish change bc I had polish on 3 toes. I expected more from what I heard was a "bougie tourist town". This salon took me and was so polite. He removed my polish and fixed my cuticles and filed for me when he didnt have to. Their prices were super reasonable too.

  I would give 10 stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ashland Nail Spa fit me in early for a last-minute appointment, and I’m so grateful. They were incredibly efficient, did beautiful work, and everyone was so friendly. The salon was also very clean and peaceful, which made the whole experience relaxing from start to finish. Highly recommend if you’re in Ashland and need great nails

  This is the only place I like to get my nails done. Tina and Lee are so kind and attentive to my pedicure needs. I brought my 93 year old grandmother and my daughter in today and we had a great experience. My grandmother has ambulatory challenges and after getting our toes done Tina took the time to walk my grandmother out to my car, allowing her to hold on to her arm on the way. Tina went above and beyond and this is the only place I will be bringing my family to get their nails done. Thank you Tina and Lee for always being friendly and so helpful!!

  Normally I wouldn't write a review but honestly I don't get my nails done very often and was excited to start having a go-to person so this experience really bummed me out. After waiting half an hour after my scheduled appointment time they started my nails. The lady ended up sanding down around my nails so much they bled, not a huge deal as i know this can happen as an accident. The real problem is the nails are so uneven it just looks like I have dents all over. Like my nails were bumped into things while wet but I left the shop with them looking like this. They didn't clean up my nails at all before starting and just didn't seem to care at all about how they looked. I won't be coming back and sincerely hope you know what you're getting if you end up going here
