  I had a great massage today at B and C Day Spa. I had a muscle knot in the middle of my back from playing tennis and the therapist removed the muscle knot. I feel 100% which is unbelievable considering how much discomfort I was in before getting the massage. The therapist stood on my back using the bars to get deep into the muscle. That was painful, but I know necessary to remove the knot. I like that fact she kept asking me if the pressure was ok due to my reactions to pain due to the appropriate pressure being applied. She then followed up with a hand and free hot stone massage to further relax the muscles. I move my muscle and no longer felt discomfort. I couldn’t believe it! She was truly a professional. I could not be more satisfied. The place was spotless clean, relaxing, private and they had calming music. I was so relaxed at the end of my massage that I feel asleep. What a fantastic experience going from stressful back pain to falling asleep within 1.5 hours! I’ve been to several other massage places before with similar knotted muscles, but they didn’t get the knot completely out like B and C Day Spa did. I highly recommend going to B and C Day Spa if you want a professional massage done by friendly staff for a good price.

  The lady that I had worked very good on my back and took out all the knots that I had in my back from working on servers for the last two weeks of installing and Server racks my back was killing me. The lady was very polite. She knew her job very well and did a great massage satisfied. I would recommend this place very much. It is very good place. It was well clean.

  This place is horrible and needs new people badly. The lady the that I had didn't what the hell she was doing and needs a better technique. Never coming back here again!!!
