  I gave her so much business and stayed true to her and consistent. Her place is dirty, and dusty needs to be cleaned in the winter it would be cold. She did good at nail design that why I continued and her prices but once I tried to let her know about her messing up my toes with the nail polish. She got so offended that shut had me pissed off 🤬all my $20 cash tips I gave Helen aka Bella what a joke she is

  This nail salon has the potential to be great but the customer service of some of the nail technicians is horrible. The technician definitely need training on how to interact with customers! Some of them lack training in their skills and needs to revisit cosmetology schooling. Joe is one of the better workers there and if he would teach his skills to his fellow coworkers the place may become better. I got gel polish today and the polish was not applied right so its not smooth, there is to many layers and it will lift shortly. The tech also did not clean up my nails to there was polish around my fingers. They look very sloppy! I know it is impossible to know how to do everything but if you are doing nails and you can't apply polish then you need to revisit the learning part of your skills. I am going back there tomorrow because I did not pay my money for this! I am a very unsatisfied customer!

  Bella is an amazing nail tech. She gives such care and detail each time. She is the first nail tech where I have genuinely felt she didn’t rush and ensures you leave happy. Can’t recommend her enough.

  So glad I found this place! I happened across it by chance and so glad I did because I’ve been desperate for a new salon after recently moving to town. The two gentlemen working here are gentle, respectful, polite, and professional. I’ve had nail services done by both men and they are both very skilled and pay close attention to detail! I have been to MANY nail salons and they gave some of the best foot massages I’ve gotten during a pedicure. My nails were perfectly done, quickly and exactly how I asked! They have a huge assortment of gel and dip powder colors, and the pricing is very reasonable. Just make sure you download venmo or PayPal before heading in because sometimes the credit card machine is down. The only thing that has room for improvement is the tools. Everything seems quite clean and they do use a tool sanitizer, but I would prefer if they got fresh tools and files from a new package for each customer, instead of keeping them in a cup on their work station and reusing them. They do use bag liners in their pedicure chairs though, which is great!

  My friend and I had appointments. We showed up half an hour before our appointments and weren’t seated until 30-40 after our original appointment time. Now we were going to be late to our party even though we made these appointments days in advance…but no problem! Once we get in the chairs, it’s pretty clear the nail technicians are in a bad mood from being backed up. I can understand that. What is not ok is that bad mood being taken out on my friend and I. It’s really uncomfortable when you are PAYING for a service and someone is acting like they don’t want you there…AND then you have to tip them! My technician was too rough and was filing too hard. My fingers were more sore than normal and the shaping on a few of my nails.
