This is my favorite place to get my nails done. Helen does a great job and she is super gentle while she’s doing them. The prices are very reasonable like a full set of acrylics only cost $45.

Absolutely appalled. I came in expecting a relaxing, professional experience — instead, I left $200 poorer and completely baffled. First of all, the entire appointment took barely 30 minutes. That might sound like a win, but trust me — when you’re paying $200 for a basic set of nails, you expect more than a rushed, assembly-line job. There was zero attention to detail, no consultation, no design options offered, and no explanation for the insane price. I’ve had better work done for $50 at walk-in spots. The nails? Mediocre at best — uneven shapes, rough edges, and already showing signs of lifting after ONE DAY. For that kind of money, I should be leaving with a full hand massage and diamonds on each fingertip. The worst part? When I questioned the price, I got attitude instead of answers. No breakdown of charges, no receipt, just a smirk and “That’s the price.” I’m sorry, are these nails dipped in gold and blessed by Beyoncé? Save yourself the time, money, and regret. I’ll never be back, and I’ll be warning anyone who’ll listen.

Best gel manicure I’ve ever had! Not sure if the man’s name who did my manicure but he was the best. I’m tempted to drive 1 hour to Ashland on a regular basis just to get my nails done! This picture I s 3 weeks after my gel manicure - no chipping or lifting!

I loved Helen and my whole experience! I had went to Ashland for a different nail salon and was told they could NOT do anything I wanted. I called California Nails and Helen fit me right in, she did an absolutely amazing job, she was super friendly, and everyone that was working was awesome! Already making plans to go back next time I need my nails done!

Improper nail cutting techniques. Rounding out my toenails which leads me to horrible ingrowns! I’ve gone to California for a pedicure like 5 times and the same thing has happened every time
