  I really liked this place so much they did my hair so nice but the recent time I went they bleached my hair TWICE in one sitting. the color came out good but it burned my scalp and left my scalp very tender. As days went by I start losing so much hair. Im losing so much hair now and am going to the dermatologist now because of this. please dont come here it will make you lose so much hair

  Horrible- i came here to get my hair color only - All of my ends are chopped uneven - the stylist put scissors to my hair without my knowledge or consent - she was standing behind me & told me she. Was putting in a treatment - but instead she was chopping my hair without my authority / she said, oh I only chopped the split ends I never told you to put scissors to my hair and you cut wildly.You didn't even measure - who the hell does that- i'm beyond livid.

  So so disappointed and annoyed with this hair salon. I made an appointment for a blowout and was told a price and then charged 20 percent more (50$) Okay not the biggest issue, my hair looks terrible, my scalp is totally burnt and raw, she was going at my scalp for 40 minutes and there is no volume in my hair I didn’t even get a wash just a blow dry and it was very expensive. Do not recommend this place definitely damaged my hair and it looks so bad and my scalp hurts. The whole Place was empty of Customers and all the staff were so rude to me, is it because I’m not Spanish? If you are not Spanish you are not welcome here apparently and charged more Worst salon in Elizabeth

  This is by far the worst hair color I've ever gotten I went in there with a picture to show her exactly what I wanted. I even messaged her through whatsapp with pictures of my hair and the color that I was looking to obtain. I did not want my grays to show. I've always been a full blonde, and I'm not sure what the issue in understanding that was I. Left and my roots are all Brown like if I had Overgrown hair color, patches of my hairs are Gray on top of everything. I was quotedd a prize and was charged $90 more than what I was quoted even though I showed her a picture of my hair and a picture of what I wanted done. Now I have to go spend some more money in some worlds to correct a horrible job that was done. And it was not the language cause I speak perfect, Spanish and made sure she understood what I wanted. It was the day before new year, so I didn't really want to sit there and have an argument, but it was very disappointing
