  I travel for work and it’s always a gamble to get my nails done at an unknown salon. Crystal Nails got me in right away and she did such a great job on my nails. Clean salon, efficient and knowledgeable staff, I would absolutely recommend coming here to get any services they offer done! She could really charge more for the quality of work I received!

  I used to come here regularly for pedicures, and I’ve always tried to be understanding and patient because I know this is a family-owned business. However, being a family business does not excuse poor service or a lack of proper sanitation. My last two visits have been extremely disappointing. After those appointments, I developed a toenail fungus, and one of my toenails has since become so damaged that it has almost completely deteriorated. I am confident that the infection came from this salon because I do not do my own toenails at home and rarely even touch them myself. The only place I regularly had my toenails worked on was here. For that reason, I strongly believe the issue resulted from unsanitary tools or practices. Another issue is the inconsistent pricing. I always get the exact same service: a white gel pedicure, yet I have been charged different amounts on different visits, including $30, $45, and $55. There never seems to be a clear explanation for the price differences, which feels misleading and unprofessional. I have remained polite and respectful throughout all of my visits because I wanted to support a local business. Unfortunately, my patience and understanding have not been met with the same level of care. Between the sanitation concerns, the damage to my toenail, and the inconsistent pricing, I can no longer recommend this salon. Customers deserve clean tools, transparent pricing, and consistent service, and that has not been my experience here.

  Well I got my nails done with French manicure. I want them done before we leave for vacation. I lost 3 of them within the first week. Went in and they did fix them but when I got home I lost another one. I have never had this kind of issue with my nails before. I think I’ll stick with going to Perryton. Plus I wasn’t real happy with the finished product but I’m nice and didn’t say anything. The girl seemed like she was in a hurry. I don’t plan to go back. I guess I’ll find somewhere else to fix my nail. Ugg Update lost another nail. That’s 5 after having them done at this salon. I am beyond unhappy! I paid to have them do it and now I am going to have to go somewhere else and pay again! Do not go to this place!! I am so disappointed!

  Ann did an amazing job on my poor nails! Then today I called and made pedicure appointments for myself and grand daughter! Amazing service!

  Plain old Manicure/pedicure. Usually let the pros handle it a couple times a year. Hopefully it’s an off-day for them but I’m going to have to fix this when I get home home😞 I won’t be back here any time soon.
