Crystal has been doing my nails for around 7 years and I would never go anywhere else. No matter the design, Crystal has amazing attention to detail and my nails always look so pretty. She is incredible and talented at what she does but also so kind and friendly too so its always a lovely experience ❤️

Crystal is wonderful! ❤️ I have been visiting Crystal's Beauty Rooms for BIAB nails for a couple of years and I am so happy I found her! Crystal is incredibly warm and welcoming, has an amazing eye for detail and such a professional in her work in every respect. Crystal is always so happy to help create a new idea and executes it perfectly everytime! 💅🏻 I could not recommend her enough.

9 years of Crystal and her amazing beauty skills. I could not recommend her enough. I would never go else where. Her attention to detail has always been on par, the best Biabs in Norwich. Crystal also has a heart of gold, always listens, gives good advice and always makes me feel comfortable and at home. If you don’t book an appointment, you’re defiantly missing out.

I have been using Crystal for years and would recommend her, without hesitation. Kind, compassionate, caring and super talented. I’m obsessed with her micro blading - my eyebrows have never looked so good. She is meticulous and cares so much about the quality of her work! It’s always a good day if I’m booked in with Crystal. 5 stars!!!!
