  We just moved to Burlington and this place was exactly what we were looking for. I love that the massage and pedicure area is more private and away from the salon area. The set up is really nice and welcoming. Dana helped me customize a package that worked for a special occasion I was planning and her staff were very helpful in setting up the small details that I couldn't do. I recommend speaking to the staff since there are so many options for services. Kerri does various massage techniques that I have been looking to try. I know I will be going back soon.   Dana has been my stylist since I was a child. I still call her up with random questions and she is ALWAYS willing to help. Her staff is courteous and knowledgeable. She keeps her business smooth and professional. I would recommend her to anyone.

  I have been a customer for years and wouldn't trust any other salon with my hair or my daughter's hair ecspecially since we've had previous bad experiences with my daughter's hair! She's half African American and half Caucasian so her hair is tough to deal with. But we have had amazing lucky at Dana's Total image. Plus massage therapist is awesome.

  Dana was definitely a life saver! Had a terrible haircut that I’d gotten the day before, I called and asked if she could try to fix it & she told me to come now. It definitely looks much better! Thank you!!!

  I booked a facial today, and the salon and my techician were fine. The facial was fine if one was most interested in a relaxing, feel good treatment. But it was more of a massage than a facial. Perhaps it was my fault for not asking more about the service, but in every other facial I've had, they examine your skin under a magnified light, and adjust treatment as necessary. My skin felt good after the treatment, and dry skin was removed, but my pores needed more treatment. I appreciated that they used my preferred Aveda products. If I were to book another appt, I would be more precise in the service I was expecting.
