My massage appointment, booked for Monday, July 21st, between 8 PM and 9 PM for one hour, was a complete disappointment. Despite paying for a full hour, the massage only lasted about 30-40 minutes in total. Even more importantly, the masseur applied absolutely no force to the muscles. Either they lacked basic anatomy knowledge, or they simply didn't want to bother applying any force... I definitely do not recommend it.

Hello, I would like to thank Ms. Melike for the massage service I received today. I would like to state that she truly loves her job. She focuses on specific areas in detail and helps relax the muscles. The massage techniques were performed very professionally. I recommend Ms. Melike's massage to everyone.

**A Wonderful Spa Experience!** We had a fantastic day at the hotel's spa. The ambiance was incredibly relaxing, and the staff were exceptionally professional. The massages were truly amazing; Ms. Melike was very experienced and attentive in her work. Furthermore, their attention to hygiene and detail was remarkable. If you're staying at the hotel, don't miss this spa experience! I will definitely be back. ---

The massage was excellent, and the establishment is very hygienic. We especially thank the lovely ladies at reception for their attentiveness and helpfulness. Before you leave, don't forget to try the cologne with its unique scent, imported from abroad. @emreeuutku @eren.yildizer
