  I have been a client of Joann's for over 10 years. She has used her professional expertise on several areas of mine including sugaring all unwanted hair in several areas including eye brows and legs and also by performing electrolysis in several different areas. She has also preformed services on my daughter and I have ALWAYS been pleased with the results for both of us. Joann is a professional and has always been knowledgeable and patient when we are discussing what I'm wanting to do or anytime I have questions. She has a very calm demeanor making for a very relaxed almost spa like experience.

  I have been going to Joann for many years. She is professional, listens to what I want and friendly. Her salon is modern and very clean. Joann does excellent work and I highly recommend her!

  Best place for permanent hair removal in the Pullman Moscow area! Joann is super friendly and fun to chat with and the prices are very fair. Expect to have to return every 2-4 weeks for at least a year to achieve complete permanent hair removal. This is because of the nature of the hair growth-regrowth cycle. Joann is VERY good at electrolysis and very professional no matter the location of hair removal. She works late Monday through Saturday, accommodates any schedule, and communicates very effectively over text message (once you're an established client). I can't say enough good things about Joann and her services!

  Joann is professional, friendly and meticulous in her work. I highly recommend her for eyebrows, legs...whatever you need done. Even though I live elsewhere now, I try to schedule an appointment when I’m in Pullman. She’s the best esthetician I have ever had—wish I could find someone of her caliber in my new town.

  Although, I got fairly good result and I can say Joann is pretty flexible working around your schedule, but unfortunately my sessions wasn't as clean as I hoped. She was also not on time and every time, I waited 15 mins of my appointment for her to get ready, finishing off with her other customer, going to restroom, etc. Moreover, she noted on my first session that I'm allergic to latex and high concentration of alcohol solutions, but yet, once she forgot to use the gentler solution and non-latex gloves (I'v noticed that when it was too late), and my face got all flaky for a week.
