Giving this three stars out of the kindness of my own heart because they do a great job on my eyebrow waxing. However, I got a basic manicure and it looked very nice but after 24 hours my nails already started chipping… I will come back for my eyebrows but I feel like I could have done my manicure myself at this point.

If I could give 0 stars I would ☹️ I came in for a simple take off of a gel manicure, and they butchered my nails leaving them weak and tearing. Instead of soaking and gently pushing off the polish, a very young man used a filing drill. He was so harsh and filed so deeply into the nail that I could feel the friction from the drill heating up my nail beds. At one point it burned and I yelled and jerked my hand away! He just looked at me. My nails look like they’ve been sandpapered. And they are so paper thin that they are tearing into the nail bed. This is so painful and upsetting, I can’t believe any reputable business would cause pain and injury to their clients in this manner! Stay away!

This is honestly one of the worst sets I’ve ever had. I asked for a blue cat eye French with a metallic gold outline, I also showed an example image and they stated that they could do it. I was told by one of the men that they could do it and he began working on my nails. Then Linda takes me as her client and they switch off, when she begins to paint she goes to do the cat eye color over the entire nail and I stopped her and stated that’s not what I asked for. I showed her the image and made sure a second time that they could do the same design with a metallic gold and she stated they could. Fast forward we’re near the end of the set and I’ve already asked them to even out the nails in the process but they were still different lengths, which you can see in the image. Additionally when they went to do the outline the color was a sparkly gold and I had asked for the metallic one at the very beginning, to which Linda told me they did not have it. If they had told me this from the beginning I would have showed them something else to do on my nails and not stuck with the original image I showed them. I told them that unfortunately that’s not what I asked for and showed them something else in hopes they could change the color. At first Linda told me to wait and began on another client, I was okay with waiting, then she begins talking to the other client about my nails telling them how long she took and that they look nice and that the incorrect gold was the same as what I showed them. I again said that I do apologize but it’s not on me if they stated they could do a design, even though I showed the example image twice, and they then tell me they don’t have the correct polish. Linda then suggested to do just a white French and send me on my way even though I had explained that the outline was because I always do designs on my nails. I told her to just leave them as is at this point because of all the back and forth and to put a top coat on so I could leave. She proceeded to keep making comments when applying the top coat and I couldn’t help and bring up the fact that the nails were uneven and that the thickness of the French was also uneven, even though it was something I was willing to let slide, including willing to wait to have the mistake fixed. This stopped her comments and they still charged me $70 for a builders gel refill with a French. According to what they said it was $40 for the refill, and I am not sure of what establishment charges $30 for a French tip. The tips of the nails are supposed to be square and they even look rounded out because of how much polish was globbed on to do the French. The level of professionalism is absolutely none. At this point it makes me believe they’ll tell you they can do something just to sit you down and still be able to charge you. A literal scam of an establishment, to top it all off Linda is the manager. Update to reply: Upon arrival the nails were 3 weeks grown out and I asked to cut down the growth, they were also not in a delicate condition outside of my index finger on my right hand. The builder gel I requested was $40, I was charged $30 extra for a French, because no other polish was applied to the nail outside of the cat eye and top coat. Do not excuse the pricing when a gel manicure wasn’t even fully done. In our discussion about the design, I mentioned the metallic gold and was told it could be done. An exact match for the design wasn’t asked for but it was for the colors. Had that been disclosed a different design would’ve been picked altogether. The alternative gold options were only offered after the work had already started and it was the last step to do before the top coat, not before. Throughout the process, no checks were done until I brought up a different length nail. Which was not the only one but you didn’t care to measure and it is seen in the image as well. Concerns about the color could not have been brought up prior due to not disclosing that you did not have that color until it was time for application. This establishment remains a scam.
