Monica did an amazing job for $60 for an hour! My shoulders were tied up in knots but Monica really listened to me and didn't rush to other parts of my body and ended up spending almost the whole time on my upper body. I arrived stressed and tense and left relaxed and happy!

My experience today was positive, and I would return. I consider it important to manage expectations in any endeavor. I made rather clear that I wanted a strong person for my neck. The masseuse was responsive to that, and worked as able to accommodate my needs for my arthritic neck and spine. I suggest that any prospective customer actually exercise a modicum of understanding when approaching such a place. Be kind. Be intuitive.

NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! NOR RECOMMEND When I first arrived I asked where the restroom was and she just directed me to my room. I asked again and she pointed to the bathroom and didn’t say a word. Which was the first red flag. I came in here asking for a back massage. The lady did an ok job only massaged my shoulders the whole time, no where else. After the massage the lady came and was demanding a tip. I was only going to tip $5 but after they RUDELY were asking for a tip I declined. That’s when she started raising her voice demanding for a tip. And making a scene in front of other customers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! NOT WORTH SPENDING YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE

First time at elegant spa. Never mentioned that they would want upfront payment when called for appointment. Women at desk, when I got there said i would need to pay first. I Thought that was not good business practice and just left. Never had that happen before in other massage companies. Makes me think thier services are not good at all, if people have been complaining, and in turn, making people pay up front.
