  Well let me start off by saying that a client suggested that I try out this hair salon. I called and made my appointment and specifically asked the lady who took my call to please give me a date that wasn’t too packed because I only wanted my ends cut, no blow drying, no washing my hair since I like washing it myself, and no styling, which means, the stylist would only have to spend with me 10 to 15 minutes at most and I needed to be in and out the door, which at the moment she said ok. I walk in the door, let one stylist know I have a 4:00 appointment. I was asked what service I wanted, so I said only ends cut. She then tells me to have a sit. Meanwhile, the other stylist “the owners daughter” after 15 minutes of me waiting appears and keeps working on her clients. Doesn’t greet me at all or asks anything, all I know she looked like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. The other stylist never told me not one more word of who was going to take care of me or anything. I was completely ignored. I was told that the owner was on vacation, so no one with high standards or etiquette was there to attend to me. I honestly wasted 30 minutes waiting for someone to say something to me because the first stylist I spoke to, finished a clients hair at 4:30 and then started with someone else. Again no communication. I decided to leave this horrible place. I do not recommend it because from what I seen. The so called customers of the owner’s daughter were definitely family because of the treatment and her paying for the food that was ordered with the register money. And yet a new client, ME, came in after making an appointment and was treated with no respect. So please don’t even waste your time, the people that say that they had a good experience it’s because either the owner was there or they family or friends with the stylist. New clients are treated like crap. If I could write this review without a star, I definitely would, but unfortunately I can’t. Don’t bother.

  Took daughter here for the first time . They are so nice and welcoming my baby loved her hair Fanny did it we definitely will be back

  I've been coming to this location for years, and each visit reaffirms why I keep returning. The work they do is exceptional, and the environment is consistently warm and inviting. The team is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to creating a positive experience. It's a place where professionalism and kindness go hand in hand.

  They heat damaged my curls to the point where my bangs are now stuck straight. I have never had this issue before and am in shock as to how this could happen due to the fact that they used heat protectant. I’ve tried a deep conditioner and even gel but my curly bangs aren’t coming back. I love this salon but I’m worried about going back now. Giving three stars because normally they do amazing I’m just in shock at this accident.

  I can't say enough positive things about this place. Every time you walk in you are greeted warmly. The owner and staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Is there a wait? Of course! It's an amazing hair salon.
