  I did 5 rounds of green light therapy, red light therapy and whole body vibration. I noticed a lot less pain and swelling, a better nights sleep, and it was so relaxing and stress reducing. I even dropped a couple of pounds! Jess was so friendly and great at explaining all they have to offer. Would highly recommend!

  Elevate Wellness is my new go-to place for self care. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Affordable prices. Red Light Therapy has been more than I hoped for, lots of health benefits. I highly recommend you check out their vast list of services. You won't be disappointed.

  I did a halo and a red light session. Staff is knowledgeable and kind. Very clean, relaxing atmosphere. I am very happy with the experience and look forward to going again.

  I love the new CBD Halo Therapy! It is so relaxing and it makes me super chill for the rest of the day! My favorite place to go and unwind! Other favorites are red light, vibe and foot detox! Jess is awesome! She always cares about my experience and wellness!
