  Great deals as far as monthly packages and even more! Just jumped in the infrared sauna for 15 min on a rainy day and my knees are no longer swollen... not to mention they have a bunch of salt rocks in there too!!! This place is stacked with everything you need and all the education to go with it 🙌 Women owned women operated... yaaasss

  distasteful experience. The service was horrible, snotty. Not worth it at all, tanning bed that comes with the rude service.

  Meghan is awesome, brought me on a full tour, explained the packages, recommended great product and the tanning beds are awesome. I have had 3 sessions so far and the experience has been 100% perfect. I have had not had to wait and the service desk personnel have been friendly efficient and welcoming. Love it!!

  Great experience with red light therapy. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. A very welcoming environment. I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend!

  It’s incredible to have the ability to receive red light therapy, a variety of sauna experiences and cold plunge all in the same convenient location and so well curated by an owner that is well read, researched, current and progressive. This is a gift to anyone who wants to sharpen their performance and feel their very best. Thank you Dean and team! I’m moving in!
