I’ve been coming here for a while and the care I have received has always been consistently wonderful. Most recently, Michelle has been absolutely perfect - she’s skilled at shaping & quick to fix a broken nail. I have long nails & once I thought she would have to cut one because it tore badly but she was able to salvage it. Beyond the great service, I love the overall feel of the salon. It’s comfortable, welcoming, and honestly the best mani experience I have had in the area. Highly recommend !!

A very good nail salon clean and very relaxing. Everyone is really kind and they do really good nails. Well priced and an overall great experience.

Beautiful job on my daughter’s Gel X. She’s so happy! Friendly service, great massages. Finesse is our favorite.

They were so rude to me and talked bad about me in Spanish. Burnt my fingers and rolled her eyes at me when I asked to look for colors. Wouldn’t allow Venmo for tip

I was a loyal customer at finesse nails until I noticed they were being largely inconsistent with prices for the same service. I just recently went in to get my acrylic nails taken off which usually takes no more than 15 minutes for $10. However, I was not seen until 20 minutes after my appointment time and from there it took 40 minutes for them to take the nails off. They then charged me $25. I was not only baffled by this poor service, but the quality as well. I realized soon after leaving that my pinky nail was completely split in half deep into the under bed of the nail. I called back extremely upset expecting I would be met with some remorse and a refund yet I was only argued with. Finesse nails not only delivers sub par services but will take any chance to manipulate customers to get the most money out of them.
