  This is a review from my wife who has been a client at Genesis Beauty Palace. Since I do not have an account I felt the need to post on my husbands page. 5 stars in not enough for this salon. From the second you walk in the door, you are treated like family. Judith & Nancy treat each client with such professionalism, respect and the love they have for people shows when the service is done. I have been a client for years and my hair was damaged from another salon. Judith helped me with suggestions and not only is my hair looking amazing, my curls were brought back to life!! Judith and Nancy take the time w/each client to discuss what they are looking for, make suggestions and by the time they finish you feel gorgeous and feel like you can walk the run way. Color, highlights, cut, blowout, hair set, extensions, these beautiful ladies do it all. All hair types. If you need amazing stylists. this is where you need to be!!!

  She overbooked clients when i last went there. I had an appointment for 2:30PM and didnt get in a chair until 3:40PM. She was taking people who walked in after me, had me waiting over an hour after a scheduled an appointment. I went there once before and got the same service, the second time i went, she overcharged me. I still tipped because i wasnt sure but i went back in my charges and realized she charged me an extra $10 for the same service I got last time. Very disappointing. Wont be back again.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t express enough gratitude for Nancy and her daughter, Judith—they are truly amazing! When I first called Nancy, my hair was completely damaged from a previous balayage at another salon. My hair was brittle, lifeless, and had stopped growing. Nancy worked her magic and restored my hair, making it healthy, strong, and beautifully vibrant again! I also had my very first experience with hair extensions, thanks to Judith. She made the process smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable, and the results were stunning. I felt beautiful and confident, exactly how a great hairstyle should make you feel. If you’re looking for a salon where you feel cared for, listened to, and pampered, this is definitely the place to go. Nancy and Judith (Mother & Daughter)are a dynamic duo who genuinely care about their clients’ happiness. Highly recommended! Thank you!

  Nancy is phenomenal! From my very first haircut with her, she was incredibly easy to communicate with and showed a lot of patience. I wanted to transition from red hair back to blonde highlights, and she even tested a small section of my hair to see how it would turn out. Fast forward to my appointment—she did my highlights even better than I expected! For years, I searched for someone truly talented who could do an amazing job with highlights, and I’m so happy I found Nancy. She’ll be taking care of my hair from now on. Highly recommend her!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ When I first met Nancy, my hair was completely damaged after a balayage at another salon. Thanks to her skill and care, my hair is now healthy, strong, and growing again. Her daughter Judith did my first-ever hair extensions, and it was such a beautiful experience. I felt beautiful, confident, and renewed. I’ve definitely found my go-to salon and highly recommend them! Thank you for making me feel so special! 💖
