FUMING. After booking this for my partners birthday. (3weeks in advance) it was booked for Saturday the 8th of August. She rang me when I was on holiday to ask if we could move it forward to Monday the 3rd as she had a “family emergency” and needed to fly out the country. I’m not really sure how much of an emergency it was tho because on the instagram page it said”last few clients till my holidays”!! That was just the FIRST PROBLEM!! So my partner drove 30 down to the place and she said to me can you message the woman because of traffic I’m going to me a couple mins late so I messaged the exact number that had rung me two days previous whilst I was on holiday which I saved the number straight after she’d rung me btw!! (As seen in photos) so I heard nothing back!!!!!! After that my partner got into borrowash she couldn’t find the salon, which I then tried to ring the same number and WOULD NOT RING!! I had a phone call of an UKNOWN NUMBER!! The woman then told me it’s easy to find the signs everywhere for the salon! My partner later told me there where no signs for the place and only found the place by chance!!!! I got told she couldn’t then re book my partner in for another 2 weeks as she’s on her ( holiday) customer service was absolutely AWFUL! Communication was AWFUL i didn’t re book my partner in as I believe she deserves somewhere with a lot better service I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND NOT GOING HERE!!!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would Have a nice holiday

I bought my best friend a voucher at Head Japanese Spa as a gift, and she absolutely loved it! She came back so happy and relaxed. Highly recommend! ❤️

I had a wonderful experience at the Glamour today. From the moment I walked in, I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation. A special thank you to Larisa, who gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had — she was incredibly professional. Her touch was both soothing and therapeutic, leaving me feeling completely refreshed and rebalanced. The spa itself is beautifully designed, clean, and serene. Highly recommend for anyone in need of true relaxation!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the most amazing experience with Larisa's Japanese head massage! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was incredibly calming and peaceful. Larisa's expertise was evident as she used a perfect blend of gentle pressure and soothing techniques, it was so relaxing!! She makes you feel so at ease and is very understanding with your specific wants and needs! I would definitely recommend to give it a go, you won’t regret it! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I had my first ever Japanese head spa experience here and it was unreal. Felt so calm and relaxed after a stressful few weeks. The lady is so profesional and gives fantastic advice for hair and scalp after the session!
