  If you are contemplating PRP joint injection, DO IT! January 2021, I had a very significant left wrist fracture. Being a Chiropractor this was a big deal! I was lucky and had a really good surgeon. I had a plate in my wrist for 2 months that was then taken out, I had very little range of motion.  Physical Therapy went well and I regained about 75% of my range of motion and 95% of days were pain free (I could tell when a big storm was coming or if I over did it while working on a house project). I was unable to perform certain techniques while treating patients, push-ups were difficult, and shooting my bow was slightly uncomfortable. I also lost a small amount of dexterity while handling small objects, such as putting a nut on a bolt. I thought that this what I was going to have to deal with for the rest of my life. Fast forward to March 2024 I had my 1st of 3 injections in my wrist, with in 2 days there was noticeable improvements. After 3 injections over 3 months and I have virtually no pain, about 90% of my range of motion back, no longer have to modify techniques at work, I can do push ups and shooting my bow no longer bothers my wrist, time will tell with the dexterity but I do feel that it has improved already! Sarah is great at what she does. She's professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and caring (always making sure I was comfortable during the process).
