  Have been visiting Gloss for going on a year now after a recommendation. Kim is the best. I always leave loving my nails. She takes the time to make sure they are perfect! Long- best pedicure I have ever had. Highly recommend.

  Went in for my friends bday, we both got a full set and a pedi. First red flag was they separated us- which at first I thought was fine since maybe the tech only did pedis, but she ended up doing my nails as well, so there was no reason we couldn’t have sat together. When I did get sat for my nails, she had two UV lights on the table and worked over them, there was powder all over the floor at the station, she may have said a dozen words the whole time. My nails are horrid, the sides of my natural nails are showing on more than half of them, they are lopsided to the extent they are so thin one broke within 24 hrs. Nail tech didn’t ask anything, check anything, or listen to what I asked for- told me “matte chips, I forgot to tell you” after she’d already done gloss. I didn’t argue and I should have but it was my friends bday and I didn’t want to cause a fuss, it was her day. I also don’t think it would have done any good since the few times I did speak up she (the nail tech) seemed annoyed. I haven’t had my nails done professionally in probably a decade, and it’s because of stuff like this. I’ll stick to my $9 KISS press ons- they literally last longer. And don’t cost me $150 with tip- because yes I still gave a tip, even if it was horrid she has to pay her bills same as me.

  Went here before my wedding to get builder gel manicure and a gel pedicure. The service was wonderful! Everyone was kind, the salon was clean & most importantly me, my mom, and bridesmaids all LOVED our nails. They look wonderful & I would recommend this salon to anyone.

  I absolutely love Gloss Nail Spa! Every time I go, it’s such a great experience — the salon is always clean, welcoming, and professional. This time I had Kim and she was amazing! She paid so much attention to detail and made sure my nails were perfect. I’m obsessed with how they turned out. Highly recommend!

  I just want to say that I really enjoyed getting my nails done. I’m usually very reserved, but I felt relaxed and comfortable with Mandy right away. She was warm, sweet, professional, and courteous, plus very patient and attentive the whole time. Her work was exceptional on my acrylic full set with gel (Brand: Princess, Nail Color: Snowy Petal). I’ll definitely be back! Thanks Mandy, you’re the best! 😊
