I had a fill in done, nails cut down and reshaped. The customer service was excellent and the atmosphere relaxing. The complementary drink was actually really good. Kelsey was very hospitable and did an excellent job on my nails. I would highly recommend her. The price was reasonable and the quality of work was great.

I have been going to this salon for close to a year now and they have not once disappointed me! The service is amazing and they deliver what I ask for every time! They are so polite, they will greet you as soon as you walk in the door and they offer great drinks. Kelsey is amazing at nail designs. The whole experience is a 10/10! I highly recommend Golden Nails.

I had a great time and it was my first time coming here. I had gotten my gel x nails done in FL and I was worried I wouldn't find anyone in florence clearly I was wrong. Kelsey was so informative and very attentive to detail. She had gain a new customer.

Great experience here, my second time here and I plan to make them my permanent salon choice. No pressure to upgrade any services, they explain things in detail and they serve the cutest complimentary little non-alcoholic drinks! Music is relaxing. Overall 10/10!
