  I am a lash artist at Velvet Spa Salon in Prescott. I had to repair a clients lashes from Great Expectations. My client went to Erica at Great Expectations for a lash fill and got terrible work. Work I could barely repair to a presentable state. Please be advised when getting lash extensions from Great Expectations. Your expectations will not be met... and your lashes will definitely be compromised. If you zoom in on the picture, you will see way too many clumps glued together. This is painful for the client!

  Jaime does an excellent job styling/cutting my hair. She listens and she just fun to talk with while she's doing her thing. Heidi made my eyebrows look amazing. They haven't been this even in years. Thank you both.

  The name lives up to the experience I received at Great Expectations Salon. Due to life and health changes, I have been struggling with clogged pores, blackheads, and hormonal acne for a year now. In that time, I have tried over-the-counter products, no products, going to a dermatologist, and receiving medicated products; I also received a facial at a different business to obtain advice for my skin. I crossed paths with Heidi and decided to try a facial one more time. The facial I received from Heidi was unbelievable. The facial room is so clean, relaxing, and comfortable. Her treatment has been the most effective cure for my skin. She was able to unclog my skin and recommend a new skincare regime for me, which cleared all of my forehead blemished within one week. I am so unbelievably happy with the results, and her astute recommendations have changed my skin and confidence in beautiful ways. Thank you so much, Heidi!

  I've been seeing Heidi for all of my skin needs for years. She is a very knowledgeable & skilled aesthetician, and will help you get that gorgeous skin you've always wanted! I've recommended a few people to her for various reasons and they never leave disappointed. She uses amazing products and really does her research on those products. She knows what each one will do for you specifically. Heidi invests in her clients and is always interested in what you have going on in your life. Recently, after having a couple different hair stylists, I've seen Jamie. She is a wonderful & talented person who truly cares about what you want. She also kept me very entertained while sitting in her chair. She made the time fly by and my hair looks amazing! Even after having her turn my brown hair blonde it still feels healthy, which is a big win in my book! I highly recommend Heidi and her amazing team if you want a high quality service.

  I adore this place. I get more hair done by Lindsay and have always left feeling five times more beautiful. She's excellent at doing hair and making her clients feel comfortable and happy. All of the gals are upbeat, friendly, and fun. The salon is in a beautiful historic building in downtown Prescott. I love love love coming here and leaving not only with amazing hair, but with uplifted spirits. I never want to get my hair done anywhere else. HIGHLY recommend!
