  The establishment itself was very inviting, and had a cozy atmosphere. The stylist there had gotten me and my mother in quickly and efficiently. However, the results of our appointment were not what we were hoping for. I shown her an image of what I had hoped to get, and she stated it would be easy to do. Unfortunately I did not get the layers done properly, and it is uneven in the back by a noticeable amount from what I can tell as well as it being uneven in the front by a surprising amount as well. Thankfully it isn't too short for me so it can be fixed at a later date. I was not expecting her to gather handfuls of my hair and cut, then curl it and move to my mother's cut. My mother had requested a shorter haircut with layers in the back to give it body, but not a male haircut. There are very few layers, it is also uneven, and it is unfortunately a male haircut. She doesn't mind too much, however it is still an issue that must be addressed. With having paid $50.00 overall, we were hoping for a better quality end result. I had a friend recommend this business as she gets her hair done here, she said this is a wonderful establishment. Sadly, I do not think I will be returning here in the near future anytime soon.

  i’ve been a returning client of chloe’s for a couple months now and i will never let anyone else touch my hair again! she always actualizes my hair dreams and makes me feel beautiful! my cuts and color are always flawless!

  I was so delighted when Sarah accepted me as a walk in off the street! You see, I had been impatient and cut my hair myself! 💇🏼‍♀️ It wasn't terrible. It wasn't good. Sarah helped me to relax, she put her skills to work. With my hairs fate in her hands, I allowed her to work her magic. The conversation was lovely. By the time she turned my chair, I looked like a million bucks! If I do say so, myself. I will def be going back! You should too. Thank you Sarah!!

  BAD HAIRCUT from Melina on Saturday October 4, 2025. My appointment was booked several days before. She had forgotten someone had told her they forgot to notify her of my appointment. I had to wait for close to 30 minutes for her to get to me. She actually grabbed hanks of hair and sawed at my hair! She didn’t blend anything. There is a big area by my right ear that sticks out. I tried to point that out but she ignored it. I was nice. I paid her, gave her a decent tip and booked another appointment for 6 weeks out. I was in tears when I got home and Really looked at it! Bad!!! I went back the following Monday and spoke with a Very Nice Sarah. I asked her to have the owner call me. It’s late Wednesday evening and I have NOT heard back from the owner! I guess she doesn’t care! That’s just BAD BUSINESS! Sarah said the owner was at the beauty school Monday when I went in. I HOPE she’s NOT teaching there! That’s just scary!!!! DO NOT LET THEM TRASH YOUR HAIR!!! Mine will now be much shorter than I want to fix this MESS!!! I’ve since had a reply from the owner of Hairspray Cafe to this review. She DID NOT CALL ME BACK THE DAY I WENT IN TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE BAD SERVICE! That’s a Lie! My phone works just fine! There was no phone call from her! Her reply today is another INSULT on top of everything else! She intimated that I was not clear about how I wanted my hair cut. I was VERY clear to Melina about what I wanted done to my hair. I did Not Tell Melina to chop away at my hair and leave me with a mess to fix! Take responsibility for yourself and your employees lady! Don’t put this wrong on me! I’m Not the one who’s confused. Sickening!

  They were able to squeeze me in super last minute and I'm the kind of person who is always hesitant to cut my hair. Both stylists were super nice and friendly and my stylist did an absolutely fantastic job on my wolf cut! If you're looking for a salon, I would highly recommend either stylist here!
