  Place was absolutely amazing. super nice and relaxing vibe extremely clean and professional nice lady’s and knowledgeable about the body. took the time and truly cared. will be coming again. we did the couples one and it was fantastic.

  I just had Emma for a deep tissue today. I was skeptical if she was gonna be able to put enough pressure. Her techniques made up for it. I feel very good and relaxed. I will be coming back

  I’ve had a lot of painful and irritating massages at similar establishments, but Nicole was GREAT! She used the perfect amount of pressure and a variety of movements. I also appreciated that the room, sheets and bathroom was clean 🙂 👍🏼

  Called to make an appointment for a massage for next week, based on the reviews an appointment is required. Unfortunately I was told, very rudely, that they do not make appointments in advance, same day or walk-ins only. Safe to say I will not be going there to save myself some time and hassle.

  I’ve been coming to this place for about two years, but I just had my very last visit there. As they have grown, they’ve lost Customer Service and respect. I was literally waiting to be seen for over an hour because they asked me to wait till 11 AM but then once 11 hit they tell me they’re taking someone else and I need to come back at noon. When I explained to her that the other woman told me 11 AM, she got rude and told me she won’t take me at all. I’m not saying that this is a race thing, but it is very confusing to me that they would take other people over me after having me wait for an hour. The woman was super rude and even followed me out the door to continue yelling as if I had no right to be upset. There was never an apology, only yelling at me. I’m not going to say the name of the place that I tend to go to in place of this one, but I will tell you that if you go on Los Alamos, there is a family place that is much more respectful and quite honestly have better massages. Edit: Thanks for the response, but she definitely yelled at me and even chased me outside when I forced the door closed. I appreciate you attempting to apologize here, but I do think it would be more effective if you did more apologizing in person rather than treating people poorly and then pretending to care when you are responding to a review.
