Absolutely blown away! 🤩 They always exceed my expectations. Only place I will go to from now on! I asked for a little design and Jason really showed his skills with every little detail. Best set of nails I’ve ever had done, thank you so much!

They did such a great job and did exactly what I asked! My dip mani and pedi look great, and the staff was so friendly! The salon was very clean and nice. I will definitely go back to Happy Nails for sure 👍

I've been going to this nail shop for a while, and although I’ve had a few issues with the quality of work in the past, they usually addressed the problems or at least showed concern. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing. If you visit, I would avoid the technician at station #5. I’ve had negative experiences with her before, but Saturday’s visit was by far the worst. She rushed through my pedicure, skipped steps, and I even had to figure out the massage chair on my own. She filed my toenails crooked and claimed my toes were just shaped that way. Her attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I ended up asking for a nail file and reshaping my own toenails while she walked off to work on another customer. At checkout, I decided to add a basic manicure and was assigned to her again. She rushed through that service as well because customer was waiting on her. The final result looked mediocre at best. Customer service seems to take a back seat to getting people in and out quickly. After this experience, I’ll be searching to find a new nail shop.

Coming back to add: They reached out to me privately and did my nails again. They did a fantastic job. Genuinely thinking I just got 2 bad sets. This could have been contributed to by a lot of things. They really went above and beyond, and I’ll be going back again. I’ve been to Happy Nails for probably the last 3 years. They’ve been great until this year. I’ve had several bad sets, but the last 2 sets have been awful. The maroon nails were my last set. They started peeling and cracking after 3 days. It took me a little over a week to make it back to the salon and they charged me for a full redo. I paid and got the black nails. This was on Friday. Today is Wednesday and they are doing the same. Something has changed with the salon and it’s just not the same quality. ☹️

Every time I go to Happy Nails I leave in impressed . Everyone is so professional and no matter who does my nails they look great every time. Today I told them I didn’t know what I wanted other than something pink and she picked out this beautiful, shimmery polish. Love 🥰
