  I had not the most pleasant experience last time I was there but do not blame the stylist. What I really did not appreciate was the owner’s attitude towards the situation. She knew that things were not going how we had hoped for but not once did she try to help, ask if everything is ok, she knew exactly what was going on since she was right next to us. Instead she decided to brag about how her work with her client was going well. Looking over and noticing everything but saying absolutely nothing knowing she could have very well helped out with her expertise or something. This kind of attitude is not true leadership especially as the owner. She could have had a little bit of empathy and looked for way to aid in the situation not belittle someone. I did not appreciate her doing this as she saw how one can feel when her hair appointment is not going as planned. She did not help the situation she looked for ways to Bragg and completely ignore what was clearly going on. Thankfully other stylist stepped in and helped us and made it so much better. But as for me This is not the customer service one goes in for I will not be returning to this salon as long as this gal is the owner.

  Alex is a great stylist! He is very professional and does a wonderful job doing my cut and color. I highly recommend him.

  I went here to get a highlight and trim. Alex was incredible he took his time and did an amazing job. I have a lot of hair but he did my hair and it looks amazing and went above my expectations. I highly recommend him.

  This was my first time at Harmony and I was very pleased. I worked with Alex; he was fantastic! He was incredibly polite, professional, and thorough. As a bariatric patient I had some hair loss concerns. Alex absolutely impressed me with taking extra time to research products for my hair. As a newer stylist I felt that Alex conducted himself very well. I appreciated that he asked questions and made a huge effort to make sure that I was happy and that the cut was done correctly and looked great. I'm very pleased with my hair color and cut and look forward to working with Alex again in the future. Although I worked with Alex, the entire staff was fantastic. They all knew my concerns and I was directed to Erica for bariatric reccomendations regarding my hair thinning. She was a fantastic reassuring source for information.
