Mandy is fantastic. Massages are excellent. We stop in her shop as well often. She has new things for sale in there often.

My recent visit to Haven Massage and Wellness was pure heaven ✨️ I happened to have a really tough workout that morning and while the massage was wonderful, when she found the sore spots and knots, she would dig a little deeper. I have no doubt her massage aided in quicker muscle recovery. I absolutely recommend booking an appt with Mandy. She, and her shop, offer a very calming presence the moment you walk in the door. I will be visiting her frequently 😌

I consider myself a first timer since the only massage before my visit to Haven was nearly 20 years ago. Mandy was very professional and talked me through the entire process before she began so I knew what to expect. She made sure I was comfortable with things before jumping into it, and checked in occasionally throughout the process. I had a very relaxing and pleasant experience. I would certainly go back again, and definitely won't wait another 20 years before my next massage. Thanks!
