  I recently had my second massage from Lauren, & I've found what I've been looking for in a massage therapist! I’m not going anywhere else. Her massages are hands-down the best I’ve ever had. She brings everything you’d want in a massage therapist: • Connection • Trust • Understanding • She truly listens • She’s incredibly educated • And she’s so caring My first massage with her was a headache-relief session, and honestly, there aren’t even words for how amazing it was. She got muscles to relax that have been chronically tense for years. The second massage I had was a full-body massage. I walked in with pain from my bulging disc and walked out feeling so much better! Lauren is skilled, intuitive, and genuinely kind. She is everything you’d want/need from a massage therapist & makes you feel so safe & comfortable in her care. I highly recommend her!

  Been going to Lauren for about 2 years now. The atmosphere feels clean, safe, and very professional with her. She's respectful and appropriate at all times. The music and room are calming. Lauren also has been able to help my knee, foot, and shoulder all heal from overuse and injury. She definitely knows what she's doing and is patient with the problem muscles. I'm grateful to have found her! Highly recommend. 👌

  ***EDIT TO ADD ABOUT MINOR MASSAGE SERVICE*** I’ve been going to Lauren for about the last year and apparently never fully read through the services. When I found out she also does massage for minors, I was stoked! My 9 year old has been having some difficulties transitioning back into school - mean kids groups, being a people pleaser, self-doubt… all things we’re working on in different ways, but I’ve really been trying to show her how to love herself, how to grasp that element of self-care, and also create healthy boundaries with others. The moment we walked in Lauren’s soothing energy put my daughter at ease - she explained the whole process and gave options so that my daughter knew that she was in control of this session. She assured my girl that I would be right there the whole time, and it was incredible to see and feel the tension she’d had built up just melt away…just like Lauren does for me and those I’ve sent to her. Teaching my kiddos about self-care and body boundaries is hugely important to me. I’m SO glad Lauren has created a safe space for both and can help the little humans relax a bit too, because who doesn’t want their kids to have the opportunity to reset when things get rough? I first went to Lauren for a prenatal massage, desperately needing some physical relief and expecting your run-of-the-mill prenatal massage experience (this was my third pregnancy, so I’ve had a good amount of them!). However, what you get with Lauren is so much more than just a massage! She pours her energy into you and the moment creating a space for relaxation, healing, connection to your body/baby, and effects that last for days. I’ve been back several times after pregnancy and those massages are just as incredible! I’ve made several referrals and plan to continue to spread the word!

  If you have an injury go HERE! I have several injuries that are very complex. I have not had much relief and in constant pain. Lauren spent extra time on my injury and I felt some relief afterwards. You can’t just trust anyone with injuries, I TRUST Lauren. I can’t say enough how amazing Lauren was. Most massage therapist do not want to touch injuries. Lauren was knowledgeable about injuries and is not scared to work on them. She really listens to your body. You can’t get this kind of quality care. I highly recommend Lauren she’s very personable, comforting and easy to talk to. She’s a healer. I gladly drive over a hour to see her. Support small business owners an amazing one at that!

  Lauren is THE BEST! I have been going to her for over 3 years now. I've had her through my pregnancy journey as well as postpartum and she is the reason I healed so well. She is a kind soul, and will give you the best massage.
