  The lady was mad i didn’t give her a 20 dollar tip I gave her 16 dollar tip she made a nasty face and shoved it back to me. so I was like okay .. and walked out. lol she followed me out saying hey! Hey!!! Literally followed me out of the store and said I take! I reached to give her the tip i tried to give to her the first time and she reached for my 100 dollar bill!! Uhmmm how rude. i said no and handed her the tip that i tried to give her the first time. She took it and said that i should give her more money i should have given her 20 dollars instead. lol So not very polite prices are reasonable but not very worth it to be berated and bullied by the staff. Plus the place smells like BO. and the rooms are not very private. they are covered on the sides but not the front no door or sheet for privacy so anyone walking by can see your exposed- they have male guest being walked back to their section and can just see a girl getting massaged and they make you take your shirt and bra off and pull your pants down so they work on your lower back so not really cool that other clients can walk by and see you vulnerable like that, Very poor experience

  Ever since I moved to Hagerstown, this has been my favorite place for massages. But just today when I went in as usual! I spent $50. I left a $10 tip, which is about 20 percent. The person threw the money back at me in a fit of anger. So, I gave them a $30 tip instead. I am not the type of person to complain or argue over money. With that, I say goodbye to this place…… I will never go back.

  The service was AMAZING! I recieved their 20 minute service with one of my friends, and the woman doing my massage was just wonderful. Prompt, minimally invasive, attentive service. I didn't expect to enjoy massages, but I think I may become a regular customer! I have chronic body pain, so feeling this good after a massage is pretty much unheard of for me. Will recommend! Great for first timers and people who don't normally like touch. :)

  half of the people there don’t pay attention to people at all while massaging despite you actually tensing up and jerking away from the pain. On top of that they have been so rude lately about tips, I tipped 13 on a 60 total just for them to say “not 15?” Like how rude can you be. If I go there again which is becoming more unlikely I won’t be tipping at all if they even remotely ask for one cause that’s not right to be begging for them like that. Like don’t make me have a panic attack over making sure the massage lady gets a good enough tip.

  I’ve been coming here for a few years now to get 20 or 30 minute foot massages. This Saturday I decided to bring my partner for a foot massage before he leaves town for work. The massage was great however afterwards. The woman made a big deal about the tip we left. Which was 20% of the service. She asked is that all and huffed and sucked her teeth when I told her I didn’t have any extra cash (as card tips are frowned upon). This was my partner’s first time coming there and I was extremely embarrassed to say the least. I found it very disrespectful and inappropriate to ask a customer if that’s all their going to tip when they’re already leaving a 20% tip to begin with.
