  Mesut during the evenings and Fikret during the mornings Both excellent waiters and very kind people made us feel at home!!! I highly recommend this hotel The spa personal also were great Every area of the hotel is immaculately clean enhanced with historic details. It has been comfortable and relaxing.   Very clean and tidy hotel!!! All the facilities are excellent. We booked the honeymoon cave suite and they made us free upgrade in a cave suite with jacuzzi. The breakfast is amazing with a big variety and the restaurant has typical Turkish recipes. The hotel is a little far away from Goreme and Navsehir (the capital city of the region) but it wasn’t a big problem. It offers free minibus from and to Navsehir and if you would like to go to Goreme tell to the reception to call a taxi. The price from/to Goreme approximately is 12-15€ per way.The best thing of the hotel is the staff, very polite, smiley and friendly. Thanks a lot to all of them and especially to Firdes (reception), Muhip (restaurant) and the gentleman at the breakfast.

  We got the $50 entry level package, which amounts to sitting in a sauna, then sitting in a steam room, a rather short bubble scrub, sitting in a salt room, and tea. Pretty steep for mostly sitting in rooms, and wish we'd skipped this altogether. Nothing bad to say about it in particular, but it's not worth $50 in my opinion. Maybe $20 tops.

  Very expensive. The guy was very unfriendly. Other Hamams are ten times cheaper! You pay here 75€.. in other hamams 75 turkish lira… for 1 hour! This cant be explained by anything. Its like.. yeah we can take some money from tourists!

  Excellent spa experience! We went as a couple the antistess massage in the couples room was great. We than got steam bath and sauna, finishing with a hamam peeling. Very reasonable prices, Highly recommended!
