This is a quaint little family owned shop. All the staff are kind and good at what they do. Not a nail factory like just down the street. When I first moved to the area, this was the first place I stopped for my regular gel/dip/pedicure. I have been getting my nails done since I can remember, but this place is must try in my opinion. They made me feel welcome, they charged fair prices, even helped me choose colors. They will always do their best to accomodate you and will be fully honest if they are busy. Not like other places that will tell you to sit and wait not giving you any idea how long it will be. Honestly, I don't know why anyone would give them less than 4/5. Be clear about what you want if you are particular and you will always leave happy. The picture below is of a design Jeni came up with after spending almost an hour on my nails. I didn't even ask her to do it. She wanted to make sure my nails weren't too "plain" for my anniversary, adorable!. The other pic is a french manicure with opal chrome tips I had her do before a special vacation.

I will never go here again. If you want to keep you place as quiet as a tomb, fine it's your business. If you tell me you cannot do a ombre nail dip. Fine, just don't tell me 5 min later that you can but only if you tell me what colors you are going to use. Do not act like it's a struggle when you are helping me with my baggy sweatpants for a pedicure after putting sandwich bags on my hands for a dip removal. Yup, literal sandwich bags. It's fine that the massage chair for the pedicure doesn't work or if it did that the massage portion of the chair wasn't offered. Again, it's your business. You also do not get to try and lecture me about what colors I want for my nails. For myself and a child, 2 pedicures, one basic manicure (for the child), and a dip removal cost $95. I will not go here again for any reason. Pictures are included to show what my nails look like after going here.

I recently started going here cause it's closer to my house and they do a nice job. The staff are friendly and pleasent and it's clean and cozy. The prices are standard and I've yet to wait to have my nails done. I would refer this place and I will continue to go there.

Worst set of acrylics I’ve ever gotten, when asked to get a nail fixed that they messed up(huge gap between my nail and the acrylic) they told me they didn’t have time (the store was empty with 4 employees sitting around) and to go somewhere else. I would not recommend there service especially for the price
