  I have been getting service done here for over 5 years and today took the cake. I was very disappointed in the service Communication I asked Rose for a specific color. She gave me a different color than I asked for. Then laugh as if it was funny instead of correcting her mistake. I had to walk out and not get everything done that I came for.

  I have to say I’m a bit surprise by rose nasty attitude. I never thought I’d be writing a review like this. I didn’t know she was that type of person. I’ve been going to rose for my eyebrows since she was back on Main St, if you know, you know. I’m going on vacation and decided to let her do a gel polish on my nails and change the polish on my toe so it can match. She gave me the color chart to pick my colors. She wanted her worker to start with my polish while she worked on someone else. Ok cool. However, the color I was looking for wasn’t on the chart. So I said no worries I just won’t get it done. Her worker communicated to her that I wasn’t happy with the colors options and I’m not going to get it done. Rose walks over to me with the exact color I wanted, she must have gotten it from her desk, awesome, got my toes painted. When it came time to do my design I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted. I’m very particular and want things done a certain way. Hints why I didn’t let her freestyles on my design. Well, let’s just say what I wanted vs what I got I wasn’t cool with. I’m perplexed How does an experienced nail tech do one thing on one foot and something different on the other foot? When I questioned it she had major attitude. Because I’ve been going to her for quite sometime I felt comfortable enough to say rose you suppose to be my girl, you gotta have better customer service, you can’t be mad at me for a work I don’t like. chick blew up on me. She said that I’m too picky, next time I need to either go somewhere else or learn how to do my own nails. She told me with her own mouth that this is a fast paste shop and she doesn’t have time to be spending on me if I don’t like it I can go home and take it off. I said to her ok I see how you are, all you care about is getting your money? She said yeah, I clearly want too much. I said wow rose, for as long as I been coming here, for you to treat me like this is not very nice. She said I don’t know how to satisfy you. Rose all I ask you was why did you not make my toes look uniform, she was like one toenail is longer than the other, that’s why she did what was convenient for her. Her communication clearly sucks. I simply reminded her that she wasn’t Servicing me for free, and if I’m paying for it I should have it the way I want it. She over charged me, $96 dollars for gel polish and a regular polish change on my toe. If your customers don’t mean nothing to you, or if you can’t handle constructive criticism then you shouldn’t be in service. I will never pay anyone to disrespect me. You good, but you ain’t that good. Please take heed and don’t waste your money in there, she’ll rush you to get to the next person. I desperately regret asking her to do my nails.

  I’ve been going here for years now and I love this place Andy is very good with the appointments and so is Rose!!! and my nail tech Leelee is the best she does my eyebrows Nails , pedicure and lashes she is awesome. We always have so much to talk about they make you feel like home and their prices are very reasonable.❤️❤️❤️

  Love coming here ! Never disappointed always smiles ! Ammy is wonderful ! And the owners are great. I get my lashes done a there as well as my full sets and husband gets his gel manicure
