We made a reservation at this hotel. We arrived at 4 o'clock in the morning and it is true that the reception works non-stop. The staff, apart from one helpful receptionist, do not speak English. Although we tried to find information about when breakfast is served, we couldn't find anything (neither a flyer in the room, nor information on the website or on the booking page). We arrived late for breakfast and the staff unpleasantly kicked us out, then the nice receptionist tried to arrange a help for us with breakfast. The coffee was not good and the staff were talking in Italian - that it would be great if we went to "hell" (the staff had no idea that we understood them). In the room we found foreign underwear and an untidy room, ants in the bed.

Easy to find, large and clean rooms, rich breafast. By passing a nice garden you can arrive at spa complex equipped of 2 large swimming pools, turkish bath, solarium. You can also ask for all treatments like massage..

My room is very clean, i appreciate that. There is a century park all around the hotel and thermal pools and spa are good.
