I booked and paid for a 90-minute massage, but the actual massage lasted only about 60 minutes. During the session, the therapist left the room three separate times, which further reduced the time I received. No explanation or apology was offered. I was disappointed because I expected to receive the full 90-minute service that I paid for. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide an appropriate resolution.

The receptionist was a bit rude; the first thing she did upon seeing us was ask, "What do you want?" and demand payment upfront. The person who gave me the massage did a good job I have no complaints there but she practically forced me to tip. Just as we were about to leave (and we *were* planning to tip), she asked practically shouting which of us, my husband or I, was going to leave the tip, which I didn't like at all.

This place is terrible, avoid it, the woman here tried to end my appointment after 10 minutes and demanded more money to continue the massage. Just terrible. This place needs to be shutdown and probably will be soon. They also charge money for using debit cards which violates the law, if they try to charge you a fee for a debit card you can report them to Visa or Mastercard and they will lose the right to process credit cards. This place is scam using unlicensed workers. Stay away from this place. Charging fees for debit cards is illegal because of the Durbin amendment and this place owes people refunds for charging excessive fees. They told me they charge $5 to run a card which is not allowed by law. Report this place if that has happened to you.

This was not a great massage I told her the areas I wanted worked on and she barely did those. Plus they don't tell u before that if you pay by card they will charge you 5 dollars just to run the card!!! Then they have u pay at the beginning and I tip off of how good my experience was.... so at the e d when I handed her the tip she said that's all most people give me a 30 dollar tip for a 90 minute massage I did a lot of work!!! I looked at her stunned then she said at least give me ten more!!! I told her I didn't have anymore cash and that I had already paid 105 for the massage. At this point I'm very irritated and said it wasn't the best massage and you didn't even do a full body massage like I paid for!! I will never go there again I left feeling like I still needed a massage after. It wasn't the worst massage but I will never ever go back there i think everyone needs to know.... I am so irritated I feel like I should get some of my money back!! I would never ever suggest this place to anyone!!!!

No nonsense massage that's the BEST bang for you $. $60 for 60 minutes. First 30 minutes was body weight standing loosening thing up on my backside from head to toe. Next 15 min was oil + elbows and hitting the in between spots the weighted feet didn't catch. Last bit was front side. After a workout this has rejuvenated me and released tension I didn't realize I had. Great work! I will be back!!!
