I go about once a month to get my eyebrows and lip wax done, and they come out 10/10 every single time always exactly up to my standards. I’ve also had multiple hair services done, including coloring, styling, cuts, and washes, and everything has always turned out amazing.

Jenny is good at hair but the thing is I went there about 3 months ago and her hair dryer was broken so she has me sit in the window for over an hour for the sun to hit my head, and she said she had order new ones but hadn’t gotten there on time I got highlights and it took over 3 hours to get them done. I still liked the way it came out, as Jenny worked on my hair she answered personal phone calls and was very multitasking and it was not the best experience. I came back 3 months later and she did the same to me she had me sit by the window on the sun. I guess her equipment never came and she took 5 hours to do my hair she was multitasking and answering phone calls as she did my hair and my hair didn’t even turned out the color I wanted not even close and yet 5 hours I was so dissatisfied with the results and because it’s expensive I don’t know what happened that day but I went and color my hair for my wedding and not turning the way I wanted it was very upsetting because it looks like I have silver hair and it doesn’t look good on me. Maybe she was having a bad day but she really needs to fix her dryer is very unprofessional to sit people on the sun.
