  I have suffered from chronic pain for about 5 years. Jax has always been so amazing at listening to my needs and concerns prior to my appointment to prioritize my greatest need. I most recently went in with chronic back pain that I have been doing physical therapy for over a month with no relief. At the end of my massage my pain was gone. No medication helped, but one appointment with Jax and I feel like a new woman. I went to her for my first massage and have been going back since. I will never go to anyone else. She is a miracle worker and an amazing person!!

  Very unreliable! Had an appt on a Wed , which she texted and said she was sick could we do Friday?! I said sure. Then Friday got a text she was moving clients to the weekend? Weekend comes no text no nothing???? Today is Wednesday of the next week! I don’t see how a person can run a buisness like this?! It’s so sad 😭 I’ve had her massages and they are awesome!!! But apparently she’s not wanting to work??? I’ve heard from several people that she has not showed up or was running late etc! 😢

  Just finished a pedi + facial service. I felt that booking online was quick and easy! She responded quickly to accept my appointment. The service and quality were amazing and I feel fantastic. Jax took her time explaining what each service she offers does and made suggestions on what would benefit me in the future. I can’t wait to schedule more services!

  Earlier in the year I had made an appointment for a massage at Jax's. I showed up a few minutes before my appointed time and on the correct date however at exactly the time I was to have my massage I get a text that it was declined. If I would have gotten the text even 15 minutes earlier I would have understand but not exactly at the time I am to have my massage. Very very unprofessional. If she did not want to do the massage I would have at least appreciated a text earlier than the exact time of the massage.

  Jax got me and my daughter in for a spa day this weekend with very short notice, without any hesitation! My daughter left saying how she loved her gel nails and her mermaid toe nails, and her 30 minute massage! She also said how much she liked Jax! Jax is very accomodating, she got me in for my massage on short notice. Plus, I decided last minute (was indecive) that instead of doing my nails I wanted to do the Diamond Dermabrasion, so she rescheduled me for later that evening! Thank you Jax for being so fexible for someone who is indecive and always waits til last minute to make for things like this!
