  I went in for a complete change to my hair. I was pretty nervous and scared at the same time. I’m telling everyone hands down the owner was absolutely the best she made me feel at easy comfortable, and on top did such an AMAZING job. Exceeded my expectations beyond what I even pictured in my head. I walked out just WOWED and so in love with my hair!!! Thank you so so so much!!!

  I have been coming to Kandys Kutz a little over 5 years and my go to girl is always Rocio, I love how when I show her a picture of what I want done she nails it or does it even better, she is a very honest person in telling me her recommendations as well so my hair doesn’t get damaged, she lets me know of amazing products and she is very open to my flexibility. The environment is great there with Kandy and the other staff, very sweet and friendly, the music is always on point and the conversations are always great that it makes the hours I’m there getting my hair done go super fast. I rate Rocio and the salon a 10/10, 100% recommended.

  I’ve been coming to see Rocio Villarruel for 7-8 years now and i absolutely love how she does my hair, it comes out the way I want to every time and better than I expect it to. She answers you and books you in so quickly and easily. You guys can see her amazing work on instagram! @blondiefactory_ByRocio you guys won’t be disappointed 🫶🏼

  Rocia severely over-toned my hair to a dark gray color, even though I told her I wanted it to still be very bright blonde alongside lowlights and a peek a boo. This should’ve been easy considering I already had bleach blonde hair. I assumed the toner she recommended would do that but it completely ruined my blonde hair for the time being. It refused to wash out and she was not nice when I messaged her about being upset with it. It was still extremely gray after a week and looked awful, so I went to a different salon to put some life back into it. Wish I had never went here!!

  I drive up here from Colorado Springs at least once a month if not twice to get my nails done my Michelle! She has an absolutely beautiful personality, and slayyyyyys my nails EVERY time, no disappointments or flaws. Even though there is a language barrier between us, she creates exactly what I want every time no questions. I will continue to drive 2 hours every time to get my nails done by her unless she moves closer to me LOL.
