  My sister's and I will never go there again. They have the worst customer service. We had appointments for 2 manicures and 2 pedicures. they tried to say only 1 manicure. this is the second time they did this. An when he tried to ask my sister to leave and come back later, because some new walked in he wanted to do. She said no I made appointment and you will finish. Then I open my translation app on my cell and heard what they where saying about us and some of the other ladies in the salon. We Will Never go back...

  Very disappointed in the service we received today. I showed them exactly what I wanted done for a design and the gentleman refused to listen and he would joke around with others around us. The lady that did my eyebrows asked if I wanted my lip waxed and I said no, but she proceeded to wax my lip and chin. They also have bundles but decide to charge you individually for what you have done. Heck what I spent there, I could have my own nail set for home and spend way less.

  My friend and I went in April for a my birthday. I made an appointment a few weeks a head of time. We showed up 10 minutes earlier than our appointment time, my friend didn't even get time to pick out a color before they put her in a chair. They sat me in the chair next to her which was cool. However I sat there for about 10 minutes before they moved me to another chair which I sat there for another 5 minutes before they moved me to a chair in the corner where I sat for another 30 minutes waiting for my nails to be done. I scheduled a manicure with full set. I did not receive a manicure at all. They took in multiple walk-ins during this time and started on them before even bothering to start mine. When we went to leave the man that did my payment made a loud statement of me not leaving a tip. I will not recommend this place to anyone HONESTLY. This place is chaotic and a mess

  My friend and I had an appointment for 1pn two full set acrylics, we got there about 12:55ish and he welcomed us in, asked our names and etc, he had us look at colors, they where very busy this saturday. After about 20 minutes they finally had time for my friend to go, then about 10 minutes later me. The lady that did my nails was very quiet and worked fast, some of my nails aren’t totally the same shape and I had asked for a white french and not a lot of the lines where symmetrical. They had a welcoming environment I feel as though I would give 5 starts if she took her time to make sure the lines were at least more symmetrical. I would go back!

  Save your time, money, and sanity don’t go here!! I’ve tried over and over to get my nails done here as there’s not many nail salons in the area but everyone I’m reminded why I hate it. And every time the service gets worse!! Isn’t there inspectors that monitor these places? Dirty tables and tools being used over and over and never sanitized. The owner must of been on vacation as the employees were pocketing cash from the toll left and right which I never seen when Kevin is there. My nails are less than 8 hours old I’m these photos they are soft and sticky and peeling off!
