  Anthony did so good!!! In and out in less than 2 hours. The woman who did my toes was really sweet too! She did great on the French tip. 10000/10 recommend. Only place in Jackson I’ll ever go to

  Anthony did my nails to perfection!!! He did above and beyond with the detailing for such a reasonable amazing price!! Everyone so nice I will come back, he also did a gold French tip pedicure

  Anthony has never disappointed me! I have been going to Lena Nails for a couple years, since I moved to Jackson from Jacksonville Florida. I was a bit concerned that I may not find a Nail Salon & Nail Tech. I have always requested Anthony to do my Nails! Anthony has always had a clean station before I sit in his chair. He is very particular on the cleaniness of his station (#5) as well as his Tools. Before he begins, he always ask me if I would like something to drink. The drinks are very cold not luke warm or room temperature. I have always brought a few combinations of pictures of the Nail design that I am wanting to have done for that visit. I will show him a few combinations of pictures of the Nail design. We pick the shades of colors before he begins. I am always telling him to give me some extra Bling but still keep it Classy & Sophisticated! 💅🏽 This time, Anthony really exceeded my expectations! This set cost $105, plus a nice Tip for Anthony. This particular visit, I was there close to Closing Time and I personally witness the other Tech's who finished with their Clients, start sanitizing and cleaning every Chair, every Station, every Pedicure Chair, even mopping floors, Laundry etc. I even witnessed that they even clean every side of every station and they even flip over stools to wiped down and sanitize every work station. Anthony and I, even stopped in the middle of my nails getting done, so I move my chair, for them to clean the floor beneath me chair. If you ever experience, that the station isn't clean, regardless of what Nail Salon, they are accommodating and just need it brought to their attention that it needs to be cleaned & santized. I personally have never, ever felt it wasn't santized or wasn't clean at Lena's. I even witnessed and seen a young adorable boy, who I assume is one of their children, he turned of the cartoons on the TV, he proceeded to jump in and he grabbed a cleaning cloth and he joined in on helping cleaning up Nail salon. He came over to where I was sitting to see the results of my Nails. I complimented the young, adorable boy, that I was so extremely proud to see him, helping others to clean up before closing. He didn't understand English, so I assume, was his Father, say to him to say "Thank you" in English. I was teasing him, I said I want you to be my boyfriend. 🤣 On a few other occasions, my Fiance will take me on a date and he will treat me to Lena's, to get a Couples Pedicure! We enjoy the relaxation, and time we spend together, pampering our selves, like we were on a Tropical Vacation Get-A-Way on a Luxurious 5 Star Resort. 🌊🐠🐬🌺🦜🌴🥥 We both have always received Excellent, Professional, Courteous, and Polite Service from the Nail Tech.

  They replied to my girlfriend’s review, Alyson, acting like they did it perfect and we didn’t say there was anything wrong with it the nails she was given throughout our visit. That’s false. Even the manager there heard her tell him multiple times throughout the appointment that he was doing it wrong. But they really need to clean their ears I guess. She continuously told her nail tech that he was doing it wrong. He didn’t care. He told her he’s the professional and he knows what he’s doing. After he said that of course my girlfriend gave up. She knew they wouldn’t listen regardless of what some paper policy they have says. If that’s listening to the customer then yeah they did that. For sure. They also forgot to mention that they cut her finger so if you want to pay 100$ for someone to ignore and cut you and tell you you don’t know what you’re talking about when from my experience in the service industry the customer is always right. Regardless. For all reading this, I cannot recommend you come here. Wasted a lot time and money and only got disrespected.

  I am so impressed with this nail studio!! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and clean! I brought my daughters and their friends and everyone left overjoyed with their nails and pedicures! Thanks so much to everyone for a memorable time!!! Ignore the ugly fingers! Lol the nails are flawless!!!
