  I made an appointment with a specific person and when I walked in she was working on another person, nowhere near finished. I asked for someone else (good thing because the gal I booked wasn’t finished until a half hour later) and it was like she never gave a pedicure before. Why take appointments if you aren’t going to honor them!!!

  First time going here and I am very pleased. I arrived at opening at 1030am. I had the dip manicure which came out AMAZING. Also had my eyebrows waxed which came out great as well. Very clean establishment, I will be back for sure. I just wish I got the name of the woman who did my nails so I could ask for her again, she was very pleasant. Coming here is also a good excuse to get some frozen yogurt at Zacks! It's a win win!

  I been going to Lucy’s nails and I am very pleased they take their time and my nails last for 3 weeks

  I’d give this place a minus zero if I could! Do yourself a favor a don’t waste your money there. Unsanitary conditions and the nail “technician” had no idea what she was doing, couldn’t understand any English, filed my long nails down to nothing at warp speed, but not before my $68 “luxury” pedicure, during which she was operating the controls on the chair with toe goo all over her fingers. She didn’t wash her hands between pedicure and mani - I had to tell her wash your hands. The bathroom was gross with long black hair all over the floor. Just no.

  It's a very pretty shop, very clean. The staff is friendly. I was disappointed with a couple of things: the person doing my Mani Pedi. She took 3 different phone calls and made 1 while doing my my pedicure. One call is acceptable there are emergencies or things that can't wait. I understand that. The mini spa pedicure states there's paraffin wax. There wasn't wax, but it's in the price. Then when doing my manicure I was never asked if I wanted anything other than a regular manicure it was just done. Since there were other women waiting she also seemed to rush through the manicure. It's a great manicure and my nails do look great but I was very disappointed so I don't think I'll be back.
