Worst massage I've ever had in my life. Smelly towels. They took forever to attend to us. I paid for one type of massage and they gave me a much worse one. In short, everything was bad. The place is only pretty, but the service is terrible.

Service is terrible. Worst massage ever I’ve done in my life! Do not recommend at all!!! Place is amazing, but do not fall on this trap! Not worth to spend your money there and waste your time. You will be disappointed, for sure.

Peaceful, pool and garden, but wet areas were unattended; no timers visible. I collapsed so the staff attended to me immediately and ensured I was okay. Massage was okay. Staff was very nice.

Everything was so clean and wonderful. It felt very exclusive and the staff was so friendly. We really enjoyed the massage then the ‘percorso’/wellness experience (for only €30 each) where you can experience a Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, chromatic shower, hot tub, cool bath and hot teas/waters. Thank you for a wonderful experience 😊

The worst spa I’ve ever been to. You have to pay upfront. Only half the jets were working on jacuzzi. The cold bath was very unclean and was literally just a bath with some rocks thrown in the bottom of it, turned all the way to cold. No towels in change rooms, you just get given a robe and have to use this dry every time. The emotional shower was just a normal shower with a light in it that changed colour. We asked for a deep tissue massage. It consisted of what felt like half a litre of oil poured on you with a light rub to rub it into your skin. It definitely was not worth the money we paid.
