  I recently visited Massage Palace for a couples massage, and overall it was a really great experience. The environment was peaceful, clean, and quiet, and the customer service was excellent. We absolutely loved the private room we were given—it was very clean, calming, and made the whole experience feel more comfortable and relaxing. We were definitely impressed. The massage itself was amazing—both my partner and I left feeling relaxed and well taken care of. This will definitely be my go-to spot moving forward. That said, there were a couple of things that could be improved. I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 PM, but ended up waiting about 45 minutes because they initially couldn’t confirm my booking. It was eventually sorted out, but it was a bit frustrating, especially since other customers were taken ahead of us. During the massage, there were also a few distractions, including some noise from the hallway and occasional staff conversation, which slightly took away from the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. Overall, the quality of the massage and the space were wonderful. With a smoother check-in process and a quieter environment, this place would be absolutely perfect.

  The service here was amazing. 10/10 massage! They took their time and didn’t feel rushed at all. After the massage, I felt relaxed, and great. I would recommend this place to any new customer!

  Unfortunately, I left feeling uncomfortable, even though the massage itself was not the problem. Tutu was very kind and did a good job. I had actually planned to give her a $25 cash tip because I appreciated her service As I was leaving, however, the man at the front desk directly asked me to leave a tip.That immediately made the situation awkward.Tipping should be voluntary, and customers should not feel pressured or put on the spot. It also made me hesitant about leaving the tip through the card system because I did not know how the tip would be handled or whether it would go directly to Tutu Because of that, I ended up leaving only $10 on my debit card instead of the $25 cash tip I had originally intended to give her Tutu was great, but management’s approach to tipping felt unprofessional and was enough to make me not want to come back

  Our first time at Massage Palace, Wonderful experience! Place was clean, hospitality but best of all amazing experience, and reasonable prices. We are definitely coming back very soon! 👍

  Absolutely amazing massage! I tend to be a little picky when it comes to massages, and this place is definitely in my top places to go. My husband and I came in for a couples massage with hot stones and back walking. We will definitely be back again.
