  During our stay, we had the opportunity to use the services of Medi Spa Encanto Beach and I can honestly say that it was one of the best wellness and spa experiences. From the first moment we were charmed by the approach of the staff. All the employees were extremely kind, helpful, professional and always willing to advise. It was not a standard "hotel treatment", but a truly individual approach. Each treatment was tailored to the specific needs of the person, which we greatly appreciated. The treatments were simply great. I have undergone several therapies and I have not experienced such a high-quality, professionally performed and at the same time pleasant relaxing massage for a very long time. The cosmetic treatment was also exceptional. A big plus is that you can purchase the cosmetic products used during the treatments directly on site and continue the care after returning home. The wellness center itself is beautifully equipped. Every morning we happily swam in the large indoor pool, which is ideal for morning exercise. The aquasonic pool with massage jets was also excellent, providing perfect regeneration after a busy day or treatments. Sauna lovers will find their place. There are dry saunas with different temperatures, a steam sauna, relaxation areas with comfortable loungers and even ice for refreshing after the sauna. The whole environment feels very calm, clean and harmonious, which creates ideal conditions for relaxation and regeneration. Special thanks go to Anita, the manager of Medi Spa, who prepared the entire program of treatments for us. She always went out of her way to accommodate us, willingly helped with the organization and ensured that our stay was as pleasant as possible. Thanks to her professionalism and care, the whole experience was even more exceptional. If you are looking for a spa center that combines professionalism, individual approach, quality treatments and great staff, I can recommend Medi Spa Encanto Beach without a single hesitation.   There is nothing you won't like. A perfect recipe, which Romanian hoteliers also deserve to promote. Rooftop pool, indoor pool, spa, gym, sun loungers, food on the beach... I recommend Romanians to be less noisy and to show respect to those around them. That would be a perfect recipe...

  Great hotel, hassle-free transfer to and from the airport. Delicious food; there's something special added to the standard buffet every day. The beach is fantastic, the pool is clean but a bit small on the upper floor, while the one on the ground floor is quite large. Alcohol is included in the all-inclusive package. Although the area is quite lively in the evenings, we had a fairly quiet room and no trouble sleeping. The room is a decent size and the bathroom was clean. Fresh towels and linens were provided regularly. The only downside (which has nothing to do with the hotel) is to be careful that the taxi drivers don't try to rip you off.
