This was my first massage at Montra Massage and Nisa made me feel completely at ease. She was warm, friendly and quickly identified the areas where I was holding the most tension. She recommended a combination of hot stones and cupping to target the deep knots, and the treatment felt tailored to exactly what my body needed. I left feeling relaxed, and much less tense. I would definitely recommend Nisa and will be returning!

It was a good massage. I came in today on a bank holiday, while it was hot. There was only one masseuse working at the till. She was friendly, had good hands and I felt incredibly relaxed after the massaged as she helped loosen the knots in me; from back to shoulders. They should keep her on. And I like to think I made her day; I was the first customer to come in, and as I was getting changed a second customer came; I was like a good luck charm or something! Lol But seriously, like I said; it was a good, and very relaxing massage. Highly recommend.

I visited Montra Massage and Spa today after experiencing ongoing discomfort in my right leg, hip, and thigh for several weeks. From the moment I called to book my appointment, the process was smooth and welcoming. During my visit, I was treated by Nikki, who was extremely professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. I explained the issues I’d been having, and she took the time to understand my situation and recommend the most suitable treatments. I had a combination of deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, and cupping. It was my first time trying a hot stone massage, and I have to say it was an excellent experience—deeply relaxing and incredibly effective. By the end of the session, I felt significantly better than I had in weeks. The discomfort in my leg had eased noticeably, and I left feeling both relieved and refreshed. I’d like to say a big thank you to Nikki for her care and expertise. I will definitely be returning, whether for treatment or simply to enjoy a relaxing session like the hot stone massage. I highly recommend Nikki and Montra Massage and Spa to anyone in need of professional and effective massage therapy.

Nick is truly wonderful, and the massage was both educational and exceptional! As an ex-athlete, I felt incredibly well cared for during this lovely and kind experience. I can't recommend it enough! 🤩🙏 ✌️
